How to Enter the Contest:  Listen to 101.7 WLDE each weekday from Monday, July 7, 2008, through Thursday, July 24^th, 2008 to play the contest. At approximately 7:20am, 10:17am, 1:01pm and 4:01pm, FUN 101 will air the FUN 101 Money Monkey Grillin’ & Chillin’ Sounder. When you hear the Money Monkey, be the 10^th caller at 426-5343 or toll free at 1-888-450-1017 or *101 from your Centennial Wireless phone and win a qualifying prize and become a finalist for the FUN 101 Grillin’ & Chillin’ package that includes a Hot Tub from Master Spas and a Grill from Brueggemann Do It Best.

Individuals can win only once and become a finalist once during the contest.

There will be a maximum of 60 finalists.

Selection of Winner: All finalists will be entered into a random drawing for the grand prize. The winner will be drawn and announced on Friday, July 25^th at 9am.

Eligibility Restrictions: You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D. or other identification issued by the U. S. government or an educational institution. To enter, you must live in the Fort Wayne metropolitan area, consisting of Allen, Whitley, Dekalb, Wells, Adams, Huntington, Steuben, Jay, Noble counties in Indiana and Defiance, Van Wert, and Paulding counties in Ohio. Employees of Sarkes Tarzian Inc., Master Spas, Brueggemann Lumber Do It Center, and their respective advertising agencies and other major sponsors and radio stations in the Fort Wayne Metro and members of their respective families are not eligible.  Family is defined as parents, in-laws, children, spouses, people in spouse-like relationships and siblings, including those in step and half relations. Anyone who has been employed by or interned with Sarkes Tarzian, Inc is also ineligible.

Persons who have won any prize, cash or merchandise, valued at $600 or more from WLDE since July 7th, 2007 are ineligible for this contest. 

Prize:

All on-air winners will receive a qualifying prize valued at approximately $10.00

The grand prize is a Hot Tub from Master Spas and a Genesis Grill from Brueggeman’s Do It Best, the grand prize package is valued at approximately $8,300.

The prize must be claimed at the office of WLDE, 347 W. Berry St. Ste. 417, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within 30 days of winning. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

Conditions:

Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent. The winner will also have to sign a W-9 form.

The only way to win on the air is to hear the official Fun 101 Money Monkey sounder in its entirety. 

By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without additional financial or other compensation.

Contest winners are required to sign a receipt verifying eligibility prior to acceptance of any prize of more than nominal value.

These rules are subject to the interpretation of WLDE. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WLDE, and such changes will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement.

No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of WLDE. 

WLDE is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcements of any prize.

Copies of the written rules are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WLDE, 347 W. Berry St. Ste. 417, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to WLDE at the address above.
